Mengenai gugatan dan tudingan tersebut, juru bicara Apple di Inggris tidak bersedia berkomentar.

Gunung Sinabung Meletus "Seorang warga wafat setelah menderita sesak napas saat dalam perjalanan mengungsi keluar dari desanya. Surbakti (54), warga Desa Cinta Rakyat," tulis Andi Arief dalam akun Twitter @andiariefnew.

Staf Khusus Presiden Bidang Bantuan Sosial dan Bencana Alam, Andi Arief, memang intensif membagikan info soal perkembangan aktivitas dan penanggulangan bencana Gunung Sinabung di Sumatera Utara melalui akun jejaring sosial Twitter.

"Presiden mengikuti terus perkembangan dan sudah dilaporkan soal terjadinya letusan ini," tulis Andi Arief di akunnya.

Dia menuliskan, berdasarkan hasil koordinasi dengan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana dan Vulkanologi, komando penanganan ada di tangan Bupati Tanah Karo.

Gunung Sinabung yang terletak di Kabupaten Tanah Karo, Sumatera Utara, meletus Minggu sekitar pukul 00.15 WIB. Sebelumnya, Gunung Sinabung yang memiliki ketinggian 2.460 meter di atas permukaan laut itu mulai menunjukkan aktivitas dengan mengeluarkan asap hitam pada hari Sabtu (28/8/2010) pagi.

Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi (PVMBG) Badan Geologi Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menaikkan status Gunung Sinabung ke level awas. Selain itu, tipe gunung api tersebut juga diubah dari tipe B menjadi tipe A.

Palang Merah Indonesia memperkirakan setidaknya 12.000 warga mengungsi akibat letusan Gunung Sinabung. Saat ini, ribuan warga tersebut masih mengungsi.
